We recommend you join our preventative maintenance program to ensure that you are scheduling regular maintenance on your system and to take advantage of preventative maintenance agreement customer discounts.
Preventative maintenance is simply one measure you can take to make sure your system is running properly. Does your cooling system have the proper refrigerant charge? Is your system communicating properly to the thermostat controls? Is your condenser fan operating properly? Is the heat exchange working? Are the wires all connected properly?
These questions can’t be answered without a professional technician inspecting your system to ensure problems are not arising. A little prevention can go a long way.

Customer service is available 7 days a week (excluding major holidays) for our Gold and Platinum members in the event your A/C or heating system malfunctions or has failure.
When you speak to a representative let them know you are a Gold or Platinum member and you will be scheduled for a service call within 24 hours.
You’re guaranteed 10% off all repairs for Gold members and 20% off all repairs for platinum members.
Lifetime warranty on parts
As long as your membership stays current, all parts installed by Holloway Air Systems will receive a lifetime warranty. If your membership is cancelled, the warranty reverts to the original warranty of one year from the date of installation of the part(s).
100% investment credited
If you decide to replace your system, 100% of your membership dues (1-year max) may be applied towards the cost of a complete system replacement or 50% of your current year membership dues (1-year max) may be applied towards the cost of a partial system replacement or ductwork only replacement.
